Kettlebells originated in 1800s Russia. At kettlebell Fitness , we’ve spent a decade combining physical therapy and fitness science to create a program that builds a strong, resilient body. Kettlebells are a key part of that journey—supporting safe, long-term strength and mobility.

New to kettlebells? No problem. Start with light weights and focus on form first. This helps build solid movement habits and prevents injury. Once you’re confident, gradually increase the weight. Stay consistent and you’ll see great progress!
