Hi, my name is Pete Luffman, I am a N.A.B.B.A qualified personal
trainer and certified Kettlebell instructor. I have ten years’
experience in training, fitness and nutrition and provide personal
training to clients of all fitness levels. My base is The
Fitness Hub gym near the marina.
The service I provide will not only focus on the physical aspect of achieving fitness but also the other major elements that contribute to personal well being, namely, diet and lifestyle. The fitness package delivered will help establish a healthy body and mind, and will help you to continue leading a healthier lifestyle.
