I am a level 3 qualified personal trainer and kettlebell instructor, I gained my kettlebell certification through the REPS accredited London Kettlebell Academy which is owned and run by internationally ranked and world record holder Stephen Aish.
I am currently studying for a degree in nutrition and am attending another kettlebell certification programme this summer run by the world renowned Steve Cotter.
I love training whether using kettlebells, barbells, dumbbells, bodyweight, cycling or boxing the harder the better! Training is a huge part of my life. I have a passion for all things health and fitness related and in particular helping others get the results they desire.
