Kettlebell training is a skill that must be practiced regulary to reap the benefits. Below are a number of options where you can get your hands on some kettlebells in the expert guidance of myself to start your body/fitness transformation.
I recommend you start in the bootcamp, this is gives the best value for money and also the most amount of time practicing before landing in the class sessions where things move at a quicker pace.
In the bootcamp you also get a nutrition guide that guarantees weight loss success and the chance to win a kettlebell.
Option 1
4 week Progressive kettlebell bootcamps
The bootcamp is where you get hands on instruction and learn how to use kettlebells. You will train with kettlebells 2/3 times per week totalling 10 sessions spread over a 4 week period; you will see a rapid change in your body shape as you get fitter and stronger, fat will melt away and reveal your firm toned muscles underneath. After the bootcamp you have a choice to either do it again or to join the kettlebell club and attend as many classes as you like for one monthly payment..

Group training
Another option is to get a group of mates together and share the cost in your own mini bootcamp. Like one to one training this can be done at various locations and is an economical way to learn how to use kettlebells.
