Before you can join in with the classes you need to attend an induction or the bootcamp.

"how to get started"

Membership to the Bristol kettlebell club cost's £40 per month payable by standing order, this gives you unlimited access to all classes, if you attend 3 or more per week you will be paying less than £3 per session!!

 

As a member of the Bristol Kettlebell club you will be offered progression, coaching, nutritional help and have access to a fitness professional at all times to attain the results you expect from working out. This is something that gyms and exercise classes do not offer and is the number one reason for joining us

Let me explain - as you work out your body responds and adapts (in other words you get fitter and stronger) this is known as the training stimulus, if the stimulus supplied is always the same then these adaption’s will stop occurring and likewise so do the results. This is known as a training plateau. Some of you may have experienced this, after a while the scale stops moving even though you are training harder than ever. The vast majority of our members are looking to shed some body fat to reveal the toned muscle underneath; others are looking to increase their strength, endurance, core strength and flexibility either for sports, recreation or general well being. Whichever category you fall into you will receive all of these benefits in the tailored training program on offer. The Bristol kettlebell club aims to provide all of your strength and conditioning needs whether a complete beginner to exercise, seasoned gym rat/gym bunny, weekend warrior, or amateur/professional sports person.

Monday – Ashton park school sports centre 7-8pm

Tuesday – Gordano school sports centre – 7-8pm

Wednesday – Ashton park school sports centre – 7-8pm

Thursday – Gordano school sports centre – 7-8pm

Saturday – Portishead dojo – 10:30-11:15am
